Percentage fee:  We offer a basic rate of 15% of the first year salary.  Many firms will charge 25-35%.  Those fees pay for legal teams, accounting teams, reward trips for their staff, etc.  The reasonable fee at Bare-Bones pays for the recruitment and managing the entire recruitment process. Nothing more.
