Bare-Bones Recruiting

Nicole began her career as a college research analyst. 

She spent ten years in higher education and fifteen years with two of the largest higher-education executive search firms in the country.

 

She changed her focus, spending a few of years recruiting for the construction and manufacturing industries.

 

That experience created a new vision for affordable recruitment plans to help construction companies, higher education and non-profits succeed in today's challenging market.

Nicole lives in Ohio with 2 teenage sons and 2 small dogs.
